Travel, Contracts, and Deposits

One of the things I love most is seeing how each venue comes to life in the best representation of you guys as a couple. I have had the pleasure of visiting some incredible properties because of my career, and revisiting them always brings back special memories. 

If your bridal suite happens to be in a cabin bedroom, air bnb, in a friends living room, beach house, or the penthouse suite at your favorite hotel, count me in! Wherever your happily ever after takes place, I will follow. 

Travel:​ Travel expenses is calculated $40 per hour round trip from 238 W 1st Ave. Albany, OR 97321 to the location you have requested. 

Lodging: Depending on your start time, location, and time of year, lodging arrangements may be requested and to be billed to your service invoice. This will be further discussed at time of booking if necessary. 

Additional expenses: Parking passes and toll fees will be billed to your final invoice.


If I am performing services longer than 30 min passed our discussed time frame, you will be billed an overtime rate of $40 per 30 minutes to the appropriate client. This typically occurs if you or other guests I am doing services on arrive late, change their mind completely and takes longer than the time frame I had originally schedule for them. 

This will also apply if you choose to reserve my time once services are completed to hang around until after photos are taken, just before the ceremony or reception. 

**This does not apply to situations where you want to add more people who are getting services last minute. Only to 

A deposit of 25 - 30% of your service total and a signed contract must be paid and completed to officially secure your date. If you would like a blank copy of the wedding contract prior to booking, please include that you would like a copy in your date request form. 

Payment plans are available, and will be discussed if needed.
